5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Sign-In (authentication): Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Apple Sign-In (authentication): Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
- Sentry (crash and error diagnostics): When the app encounters a crash or unhandled error, technical diagnostic information is sent to Sentry so we can fix it. This may include a stack trace, the app version, the device model and operating system version, and — if you are signed in — your account identifier so we can correlate the report with your account. We do not use Sentry for advertising, analytics, or behavioral tracking, and we do not enable session replay or user-interaction recording. Subject to Sentry's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob (mobile advertising): We use Google AdMob to display occasional post-game interstitial ads and optional rewarded video ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for unlocking in-game tile themes). AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android) for frequency capping, attribution, and — when you grant permission via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt or the Android Privacy & ads settings — personalized ad selection. When tracking permission is not granted, AdMob serves non-personalized ads via SKAdNetwork (iOS) or limited-tracking modes (Android). Subject to Google's Privacy & Terms and AdMob's data-collection disclosures.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Your display name and game scores are visible to other players on leaderboards. No other personal information (email, account ID) is shared with other players.
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
- Online game rooms: Automatically expire shortly after the game ends.
- Device identifier: Stored locally on your device only. Never transmitted to our servers.
- Local preferences: Stored on your device until the app is uninstalled.
8. Your Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated data. To delete your account, email us at support@cookoutdominoes.com.
Upon account deletion, we will:
- Remove your account and authentication credentials
- Delete your user profile and game statistics from our servers
- Remove your leaderboard entries
Local data stored on your device remains until you uninstall the app.
9. Children's Privacy
Cookout Dominoes is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@cookoutdominoes.com and we will promptly delete it.
