1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Cookout Dominoes ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Cookout Dominoes is a mobile domino game featuring single-player modes (Quick Play and Campaign), and private online multiplayer. The game is a culturally-inspired implementation of All Fives (Fives) dominoes.
3. User Accounts
- Account creation is optional. You can play single-player modes without an account.
- Accounts are created via Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person. Do not create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards or game systems.
- You must provide accurate information during sign-in. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with false information.
4. User Conduct
When using Cookout Dominoes, you agree not to:
- Cheat, hack, or exploit bugs in the game
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play
- Manipulate leaderboard scores or game statistics
- Engage in abusive, harassing, or threatening behavior toward other players in multiplayer
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All content in Cookout Dominoes is owned by or licensed to us, including but not limited to:
- Game code and software
- Avatar images and character designs (Unc, Auntie, Nephew, Niece, OG, Cuz)
- Voice lines and audio content
- Board artwork and visual designs
- The "Cookout Dominoes" name and branding
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You do not gain ownership of any in-game content.
6. Online Multiplayer
- Online multiplayer games are private and accessed via invite codes shared between players.
- We are not responsible for interactions between players during multiplayer sessions.
- Players who experience abusive behavior should report it to support@cookoutdominoes.com.
- Online features require an active internet connection. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Game rooms automatically expire after a period of inactivity.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times or without interruption
- The App will be free of errors, bugs, or defects
- Game statistics or saved data will always be preserved
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data (game statistics, account information)
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Damages arising from use of or inability to use the App
- Any interactions between players during multiplayer sessions
9. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@cookoutdominoes.com.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
